Hello everyone! We wanted to share a few details about the movie "Field of Lost Shoes", that will feature Gale as Major Charles Semple.

"Field of Lost Shoes" turns back the clock to 1864, during the Civil War, and follows the lives of a group of VMI cadets who ultimately march into battle in the Shenandoah Valley. "Field of Lost Shoes" is shooting in Lexington, where the cadets actually marched. The Civil War drama follows a group of young Virginia Military Institute (VMI) cadets who on May 15, 1864, assisted Confederate forces in keeping the Union army out of the Shenandoah Valley.

Several big names are acting in the movie including David Arquette, Lauren Holly (Dumb and Dumber, Motive), Nolan Gould (Modern Family), Tom Skerritt (Top Gun), and Jason Isaacs (Harry Potter, The Patriot).

Dave Kennedy (producer and screenwriter) says the goal is to get "Field of Lost Shoes" in theaters by November. He also tells us he'd like to have some kind of premiere event in Lexington.
